Returns and Exchanges
DEAR Honey does not offer refund at the moment. However, if a Product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it and we will send you a new item or replacement items. You must notify DEAR Honey within 7 days after you receive your Product and you believe all or part of your purchased Product is missing or damaged. Replacement of Products for shipped merchandise claimed are subject to our investigation together with the logistics partners. We will ship the replacement items once the investigation is finalised at our sole discretion. DEAR Honey reserves the right to deny a return and exchange request under certain circumstances including, but not limited to repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in rejection of exchanging items.
